If an admission procedure is required (pre-registration procedure):
Students from outside the European Union: mid-February to March 31
Students from the European Union: mid-February to August 31
Belgian students: mid-February to September 30
The admission procedure is compulsory for all students from outside the European Union.
It is required for all students of European nationality wishing to register for a bachelor's or master's degree.
It is required for any Belgian student holding an entrance qualification not mentioned in the conditions for direct access to studies (conditions for direct access: see online course programs)
Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech's courses are not subject to a numérus clausus (no lottery), nor are they conditional on passing an entrance exam.

EQUIVALENCE
Deadline for equivalence requests: July 15
To register for a bachelor's degree with a foreign secondary school diploma, you need an equivalence document. This equivalence document is issued by the equivalence service of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
How much are the tuition fees? What other expenses need to be considered during a year of study? What social and financial aid is available from ULiège?
Your administrative formalities
Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech's Student Affairs department is available to :
- provide you with a transcript of grades;
- issue administrative documents and certificates of attendance (family allowances, public transport);
- make changes to your course of study;
- issue a medical certificate
