If an admission procedure is required (procedure prior to registration):
Non-EU students: February 18 to March 31
EU students: February 18 to August 31
Belgian students: February 18 to September 30
The admission procedure is mandatory for all students from countries outside the European Union.
It is required for all students of European nationality who wish to enroll in a bachelor's or master's program.
It is required for all Belgian students who hold a qualification that is not mentioned in the conditions for direct access to studies (conditions for direct access: see online course programs).
The programs organized by Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech are not subject to numerus clausus (no lottery) or conditional on passing an entrance exam.

EQUIVALENCY
Deadline for equivalence applications: July 15
To enroll in a bachelor's degree program with a foreign secondary school diploma, you must have an equivalency document. This equivalency document is issued by the equivalency department of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
How much are the registration fees? What other expenses should be expected during a year of study? What social and financial assistance is available from ULiège?
Your administrative procedures
The Student Affairs Department at Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech is available to:
- provide you with a transcript of your grades;
- issue administrative documents, such as proof of course attendance (for family allowances, public transportation, etc.);
- make changes to your course of study;
- issue a medical certificate
