The inter-university master’s program in agroecology trains professionals capable of supporting the agroecological transition of food production systems in both European and tropical contexts.

An inter-university, multi-site program.

The Master’s in Agroecology is offered as a joint degree between

  • the University of Liège: Arlon Campus Environment and Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech;
  • the Free University of Brussels: School of Bioengineering;
  • the University of Paris-Saclay: AgroParisTech (option for a dual degree).

    Master’s degree

    120 ECTS

    At the end of their training, students are able to analyse complex and dynamic agroecosystems in a qualitative and quantitative way. They can describe agricultural socio-ecosystems holistically through multidisciplinary approaches.

    Master curriculum

    Courses are distributed across the various campuses depending on the program and modules selected.
