Inter-institutional, multi-campus training.

The Master's degree in Food Design and Innovation Management is organized as a co-degree between

  • the University of Liège: Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, Faculties of Veterinary Medicine, Medicine and Applied Sciences ;
  • haute-Ecole Charlemage: technical and agronomic categories.

The program is organized to rationalize travel between the campuses as much as possible.

2nd Cycle 

Master

120 ECTS

The main objective of this master's degree is to train managers capable of innovating and addressing the multiple facets of food quality.

Master curriculum

The program comprises :

  • a core curriculum: raw materials production and processing, legislation, logistics, marketing, etc. ;
  • five specialized modules: Safety, Health, Satisfaction, Service, Society;
  • a cross-disciplinary project;
  • an end-of-studies group project, involving industrial sponsorship.

Job opportunities
