ECLOSIO
Eclosio is the NGO of the University of Liège.
Its mission: to strengthen initiatives that respect people and the environment.
To do so, it relies on its privileged position, at the crossroads between the academic community and civil society.
In Liège and Gembloux, "Eclosio" organises awareness-raising activities, conferences, training and exhibitions related to sustainable development, North-South relations and Agro-ecology. It also supports the implementation of student projects on these themes.
In Senegal, Benin, Peru, Bolivia and Cambodia, Eclosio provides support to families and farmers' organisations. Its projects focus on improving access to means of production (seeds, materials, inputs), processing and marketing, facilitating the transition to agro-ecology and improving the nutritional quality of food, especially for women and children.
