Studies organized by Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech are neither subject to numerus clausus (no lottery), nor conditional on passing an entrance exam.

When to register?

From June 19 to September 30.

For a better start to the new school year, register as early as possible!

How do I register?

  1. Complete the online registration form.
  2. Create an account and identify yourself with the following documents: identity card, access document (CESS certificate, diploma, etc.), passport photo.
  3. Encode your data and confirm your enrolment request.
    The enrolment request must be analyzed by the ULiège Enrolment Department.
    iconeAttentionDeadlines: 1 to 3 days for enrolments encoded before August 15 I 7 to 10 daysafter August 15.
  4. If the application is complete, registration is validated: you will receive an email with payment instructions and all the information you need to start the new school year.
  5. On receipt of minimum €50 deposit : student card sent by post.

Students with a foreign secondary diploma must obtain an equivalence document from the equivalence service of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation in order to register for a bachelor's degree.

Your administrative formalities

Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech's Student Affairs department is available to :

  • provide you with a transcript of grades;
  • issue administrative documents and certificates of attendance (family allowances, public transport);
  • make changes to your course of study;
  • issue a medical certificate
